The reviews were very accurate - good food and great servers. From the moment we walked in the door and greeted warmly, to a welcome by our server at the table, we all enjoyed our buffet meal. Lunch buffet was $14 and it included drinks and desserts including ice cream! Vegetables were seasoned and the salad bar was small but very fresh. The food was amazing and the service was good. The restaurant is kinda small and it gets very crowded after church time 1pm. Overall a nice lil place to eat some home cooking so I will be returning. The intimate atmosphere of this place allows customers to relax after a hard working day.

Good food everytime I have visited n will be going back. Offer diners soul food classics — and plenty of them — along with ample sides, homemade cobblers and cakes in buffet form. She and Johnny Cheeks said they both once had careers as postal workers, but lived for weekend meals with friends and family.
